Well, you heard in the news that Lance Armstrong is making a comeback. He will be wearing the Astana uniform and it is still shocking the world. I believe that Lance Armstrong has seen the field that he can still win one more. The cyclists today are not of a high caliber. There is no more Ulrich to deal with and Armstrong saw it.
